The day has finally arrived! Today, Tuesday, November 13th 2007, is the official launch of MakeBeliever.com! It took lots of long days and more than a few late nights. There was a tremendous amount of writing, endless hours of conference calls, constant communication and coordination, standing checkpoints to make sure that we were focused on the ball, making adjustments to break through unanticipated roadblocks (and there were plenty of them), the occasional fight(!), testing, testing, & more testing, and engaging people that we trust. Through it all, we worked to keep a singular focus on shattering the standard of online greetings while creating a fun, easy, and affordable customer experience. The Santa experience has been taken to a whole new level.
We also learned a lot in getting to today and will apply those lessons to ensure that the MakeBeliever experience is an even better one. And as good as we think our V-Greetings are, we know those lessons already learned are going to make them even better the next time around.
Today brings a great sense of accomplishment but, more importantly, a renewed energy as we recognize that the hard part has just begun if we want to move MakeBeliever to the next phase and establish it as the standalone leader in the development and evolution of online greetings.
